Terms of Payment

All participants must be registered and make payments in Japanese Yen (JPY) to the account in Japan. Payment methods are either by credit card or bank transfer only. No other method is acceptable. With confirmed full payments, the registration will be considered complete and valid. Registration fees will be charged based on the date of payment accordingly.

By credit card:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB are accepted. It is a pay-as-you-go process that enables you to complete the registration in one access.

By bank transfer (Telegraphic Transfer Only):

Bank account details will appear on the last page during on-line registration process or will be automatically e-mailed to you after completion of on-line registration.

When arranging a bank transfer the following information is required on the remittance form:

Overseas remittance: Include your application number (issued upon completion of on-line registration) and the participant's full name
Domestic remittance: Include the participant's full name in the sender's field

* Bank transfer must be arranged within 10 days after registration.
* All bank transfer fees for International Bank Transfers are to the charge of the delegate (payer).

Confirmation and Receipt

Registration Confirmation and receipt will be available to download and print out from the registration page of the congress website after payment is confirmed.
Personal ID and password set at first log-in will be required again.
If you select bank transfer, print out of confirmation can be made after the registration desk has confirmed the payment. The registration desk will inform you by e-mail when the printing is possible.

Please remember to bring confirmation letter to the registration desk at the congress, Delegate Badges and congress bag will be handed out on-site.

NOTE:
  • The registration confirmation letter can be printed as many times as needed by the conference period.
  • A payment receipt can only be printed once. Please inquire at the Registration Desk, if printing fails.
Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be informed to the Registration Secretariat in written form by e-mail or fax
(regisw2011@convention.co.jp, +81-3-5283-5952). Refund due to cancellation will be based on the date of a cancellation notice received.

  • Cancellation received by April 30, 2011 (JST): JPY 10,000 will be charged.
  • Cancellation received by June 30, 2011 (JST): Refund 50% of registration fees.
  • Cancellation received on and after July 1, 2011 (JST): No Refund.

If the situation is changed later on, we would, of course, refund your registration fee in full.
However, this cancellation policy will not apply for accommodations, flight tickets and tours etc. arranged by individuals.
